Passionate. Experienced. Diligent. Effective.
Since 1932
Logan & Logan was founded in 1932 when William H. Logan, Sr., was admitted to the Virginia State Bar after having attended the University of Virginia School of Law. Over his fifty-four year career, he represented families, businesses, and municipalities and also served as the prosecutor for Shenandoah County. His long-spanning practice touched upon a broad spectrum of the law. His son, William “Billy” Logan, Jr., attended Roanoke College for his undergraduate degree and in 1973 he graduated from T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond and joined his father’s practice. Billy handled a similarly broad range of legal matters and also was elected on four occasions to serve as the chief prosecutor for Shenandoah County. William Logan, Sr., passed away in 1986 and Billy continued Logan & Logan until his election to a judgeship for the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court by Virginia’s General Assembly on July 1, 1999. In 2017, Logan & Logan opened its doors again and resumed the tradition of representing clients in the Shenandoah Valley in a broad range of legal matters.
